Mirror, mirror on the wall… What is the greatest pantomime of them all?
It is our great pleasure to announce that for Christmas 2021-2022, we have been able to arrange with the Tunbridge Wells Assembly Halls Theatre, tickets for the performance on Sunday 2nd January 2022 at 5pm.
The cost of these tickets this year is £17.50 per head. This special price is open to all sections of Guiding and Scouting and their families and friends, on this performance only.
Applications forms can be submitted here and must be submitted by 8th october 2021. On receipt on your application form we shall email you with details on how to do a bank transfer or send us a cheque.

What about Covid-19?
We are hoping that by January 2022 the Covid-19 restrictions will eased off enough for a full booking at the theatre. However we reserve the right to refund bookings should we not be allowed to complete your booking. We shall follow the government guidelines for the time and the rules set out by the theatre, If indeed restrictions are still in place at that point.
Can I have a refund due to Covid-19?
Yes, we would be happy to refund in full on an individual basis. We can do this through our system. It will be no quibble right up to the performance in line with the theatre’s covid policy.
We will refund the ticket at the price of £17.00 per ticket. This is excluding any additional booking fee/OSM charge.
In the event of the theatre having to reduce its capacity, seats will be allocated in the order in which they were received. Any remaining tickets which cannot be accommodated will be refunded.
What about cost?
The price being charged by the Assembly Halls for this show this year is £17.00, we appreciate this is more expensive than previous years, but still represents a significant discount on the full ticket price.
An additional £0.50 goes to 12th St John’s Scout Group as part of its fundraising efforts to support its ‘Ralph Fund’- a hardship fund to ensure members of 12th St John’s Scout Group from deprived backgrounds or facing financial difficulty may still enjoy Scouting.
The normal price for a performance ticket is either £27.50/£24.50 for an adult depending on where you sit.
Will we be able to seat together as a group?
12th St John’s Scout Group oversees the seat planning for the show. We can’t 100% guarantee you will be all sat together but we shall do our utmost to put each group all together.
How will the tickets be sent to us?
On receipt of your application 12th St John’s Scout Group will speak with the theatre and assign you to the relevant seats. The tickets will be sent to 12th St John’s Scout Group and we shall arrange delivery to your group point of contact for you to pass onto members of your group.
What should we wear?
All uniformed young people and adults are asked to wear their Scout or Guide uniform to event.
What is the deadline date for submitting our application for tickets?
Applications must be received to us by no later than- FRIDAY 8TH OCTOBER 2021
